Electronic Resource Planning (ERP) Optimization Rapid Review Assessment
ERP systems have provided a foundation for improved management of critical enterprise resources. Although many businesses have implemented ERP systems, few have reaped the full potential of their ERP investments. This is due to a number of factors, including incomplete implimentations, lack of focus on process redesign, inadequate post-implementation review/support, and poor data management. Organizations must focus on continuous improvement to reap the benefits of ERP systems, including operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
On-Site Expertise Delivery

For those companies still planning the implemention of ERP, there are many lessons to learn from the shortcomings of earlier implementers.

Our affordable, fixed-price ERP Optimization Rapid Review Assessment gives clients who have already implemented an ERP system a fresh perspective on how to optimize their implementations and start reaping the benefits. This includes a review of their current ERP system and a roadmap for continuous improvement. For clients who are about to implement an ERP system, we offer an ERP strategy assessment which provides guidelines and support for doing it right the first time. In both cases, we will also review the impact of cloud computing on your ERP system and plans.

We stress that the plan is not just a report, but a process which positively impacts how IT delivers value to the business through its ERP system and impacted business processes.
