Performance Management and Measurement Services
Our Performance Management and Measurement services employ a structured approach comprised of five phases, each having its own specific results and deliverables.  These services help enterprises identify what measurements will help them understand which costs to reduce, and what actions to take to improve efficiency without impairing performance.

High performance has become a way of life for virtually all enterprises.  The need to continually improve, reduce costs and increase efficiency to remain competitive is the foundation of improving performance.  Enterprises have grown to understand that effective measurements will enable them to best understand which costs to reduce and what actions to take to improve efficiency without negatively impacting performance.  Our consultants have long been at the forefront of understanding measures and metrics and their impact on performance.

Description

We assess the measures that an enterprise currently employs and provide insight into how effective those measures are and what new measures might be used to ensure an even greater degree of insights into high performance actions.  Not only does this enable enterprises to mitigate the risk of executing the wrong action, but it will point out any unexpected opportunities.

We design uniquely tailored Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measurements for each client.  These KPIs are aligned to the key drivers of the enterprise.  Performance and results targets are established for each measurement.

We develop and provide software that automates a scorecard which enables the enterprise to easily see and understand what and how they are doing as it relates to the KPIs/measurements.  Our scorecard software automates collection, display and reporting of your data.  Scorecard software turns IT data into management information.  Utilizing the leading provider of scorecard software, we transfer current IT measures from non-automated and ad hoc sources into a fully automated system.  Reports that are manually generated can be set as standard outputs on a scheduled basis, and an ETL tool automatically extracts data from any electronic source.  A browser interface provides consistent access to management information at all levels of the organization.

We develop a cascade and deployment plan that enables the client to ensure that the newly developed measurements and scorecards are implemented.  The deployment plan contains an implementation plan, a communication plan, and a training plan.  These plans are designed to ensure that behaviors and outcomes are aligned to the measurements.

We provide quarterly reviews to ensure that your measurement program continues to deliver value.  On a scheduled basis, our measurement professionals review your IT performance management program.  During the quarterly review, current KPIs, measures and metrics are assessed for their continued value, relevance and reliability.  We work with you to determine what new measures are required due to changes in company focus shifts in objectives or priorities, and initiation of new projects.
